    Hull Construction:
    • Off white (Fighting Lady Yellow) Awlgrip topsides - 2018
    • The hull produced by vacuum assisted infusion, with the outerskin from Vinylester and remaining laminate in iso-polyester.
    • Sandwich laminate made of 20mm PVC core is used throughout the hull.
    • Reinforcement from a mix between woven and uni-directional roving.
    • Solid laminate in the keel area as well as the laminate around major through hull fittings.
    • White topcoat on the hull in all lockers, bilges and similar exposed areas.
    • Striping with vinyl tape.
    • Moulded hull stiffening and integrated inner-liner grid.
    • Reinforcement from tri-axial and unidirectional glass in tophat sections.
    • Forward and aft the grid is glued to the hull, while laminated to the hull in the keel area.
    • Structural bulkheads hand laminated and bolted to hull and grid.
    • Hull coated twice with a new antifouling (International Micron 350 red) – Autumn 2021

    Deck & Superstructure Construction:
    • White gelcoat.
    • The deck is produced by vacuum assisted infusion with integrated anti-slip surfaces.
    • Sandwich laminate between ortho polyester, tri-axial and uni-directional roving and a 15mm PVC core in all horizontal surfaces.
    • Deck is glued and bolted to the hull.
    • White topcoat in all exposed areas.
    • Glove boxes in the cockpit with teak frames

    Keel & Rudder:
    • 2,25 m draft with iron cast fin bolted to a lead bulb.
    • Keel is bolted with AISI 316 L stainless steel bolts. Keel washers in stainless steel.
