Grabau International is delighted to announce the sale of the 2003 Overmarine Mangusta 80 Open ‘THE MEPHISTO’.

Ultra-luxurious rocket-ship from Overmarine in 2003. Twin 2,000hp MTUs with low hours and Arneson surface drivers power this floating luxury apartment to speeds well in excess of 40 knots. Extensively refited and ready for the new season.

THE MEPHISTO was built by Italy’s Overmarine yard in 2003 as one of the yard’s popular semi-custom Mangusta 80 series. Fitted out as an Open version with retractable bimini above her air-conditioned luxury cockpit, THE MEPHISTO is powered by twin MTU V16 2,000hp turbo diesels connected to Arneson surface drives which power her to a cruising speed of approx 40 knots and on to a maximum speed of circa 46 knots. Her 6,000 litre fuel capacity allows for a range of approx 350Nm at cruising speed, and much more at lower speeds.

With accommodation below decks for us to seven in a fantastic full-beam master suite, VIP stateroom, further twin cabin plus crew cabin the forepeak.

In September 2013, she completed a scheduled winter refit with new exterior paint, upgrades to the interior décor and a full service of the engines and generators. Further refit works were completed in 2015.
