2006 Baltic 61 – NOW SOLD

Working in conjunction with our partners at Baltic Yachts Italia, Grabau International are delighted to announce the sale of the simply stunning 2006 Baltic 61 ‘ALEDOA’.

The main goal with this project was to create a comfortable and safe cruising yacht but with high priorities on optimizing sailing performance. In order to create top level performance characteristics it is important that the yacht is kept light. High technology in material and construction are the main tools to achieve this. Carbon Epoxy Vacuum infused laminates were used for deck and hull and this plus bulkheads and interior flat panels produced in Baltic Yachts´ unique laminating press granted an optimum result.

Detailed weight studies by Baltic Yachts and extensive VPP calculations, including CFD studies, by the Naval Architect, Judel/Vrolijk & co, running several variations in displacement and sail areas against each other guaranteed that the performance criteria’s would be reached.

Moving up from a smaller Judel/Vrolijk & Co Baltic, her new owners will continue to enjoy ALEDOA in an around the Mediterranean and we wish them fair winds and following seas.
