2021 – Year In Review

Following on from a turbulent, yet ultimately hugely successful 2020, we looked ahead to 2021 with careful optimism, both in respect of the world’s (hopeful) emergence from Covid and the continued buoyancy to the marine leisure market. As it turned out, our optimism was rewarded in spades. While we were not quite right on the Covid-front, the international yachting market was booming.

The Grabau International team rose to the challenges and hit the market head-on, increasing both in physical size and marketing footprint to reach the end of the year as one of Europe’s largest brokerage houses. The breadth of the Grabau International listings portfolio also increased with a noticeable uptick in the number of larger yachts successfully listed and then sold by the team throughout the year.

We now look ahead to 2022 with renewed optimism and energy. In the meantime, here is our brief review of a vintage year at Grabau International.
