If you have a sailing yacht 60ft or over and would like to offset some of your outgoings, chartering her for just 4 – 6 weeks a year would help reduce your expenses by up to 50%.  Although there are initial expenses of setting the yacht up; MCA Coding, charter licences & pay VAT in her chosen charter area, maybe additional water sports equipment, new bed linens, towels and a photo shoot that shows off your beautiful yacht. Your crew will probably enjoy being kept out of a marina and the cash tips!As your Charter Managers we will take care of all of this, get her listed on the internet and across the directories to market her to other charter brokers therefore expanding your yacht’s coverage to around the world. Once the booking come in we organise the itinerary & preferences with your crew making sure they are fully prepared to welcome the guests aboard and take them on an unforgettable cruise.

Unlike other charter managers we do not pass on the fees to you to list your yacht on the directories, we cover that with the commission we earn from the charters booked.  We are MYBA (Worldwide Yachting Association) e-contract subscribers, this is the standard crewed charter contract used across the Med and Caribbean with subscribers vetted to ensure they handle and protect client funds correctly.

Marketing is so important, and in particular having amazing pictures makes an enormous difference. We have several photographers that we work with for stills, drones and videos.  We’ll organise a shoot of the yacht and oversee it ourselves to make sure we get what’s needed.

When it comes to the actual charter, we’ll organise everything with the clients, send joining instructions to the guests so they know what to expect and what they need to bring.  We’ll also send an end of charter questionnaire so you can see what the guests are saying and what an amazing holiday they have had on your beautiful yacht.
