Hylas 60 – Il Giornale della Vela

The May 2020 issue of Il Giornale della Vela features the newly-launched Hylas Yachts 60 and interviews the Milan-based design house Hot Lab who were charged with the interior design concept on this brand new German Frers designed performance bluewater cruising yacht.

We are talking about the new Hylas 60, a pure bluewater cruiser that the Frers studio has designed for the brand that already has launched over 520 boats from 1985 to today. Hylas Yachts are built from Queen Long Marine, in Taiwan. The Queen shipyard Long was founded earlier in 1978 by Huang family. With over 520 boats launched so far, ranging from 44 to 70 feet, Hylas offers yachts luxury products that are easy to navigate. The new Hylas 60, whose interiors are from the Italian Hot Lab, makes a decisive step forward to the construction site in terms of modern design and is one of those boats that we could define by the determined DNA.”
