OWNER’S COMMENTS:
We bought the yacht as the first owner in September 2010. All equipment which had to be serviced according to the manufacturer has always regularly been maintained. So the engine and the generator has been serviced every year, the liferaft every third year, the lifeackets every second year, the deck and the hull polished and waxed every second year, the watermaker always conserved after use, the EPIRBs and other electronics with batteries always renewed and so on.
The yacht was originally exhibited at the 2008 La Rochelle Boat Show. She was then placed ashore with the French Maxi Yachts dealer as a display yacht and was not launched or fully commissioned until we bought her in 2010. We then further equipped the yacht according to our specifications for worldwide sailing and to take part in trans-ocean regattas. The specification complies with the ISAF special regulations of category one for monohulls.
After taking ownership of the yacht in September 2010, we have sailed the yacht mainly either as a couple or singlehanded. Her maiden voyage was a non-stop passage from Brittany to Gran Canaria. In 2011, we sailed from the Canary Islands to Madeira, Portugal, Spain and Italy. In the following season we were in Greece, in the Adriatic and in the Mediterranean. In 2016 we participated in the ARC and sailed to the Caribbean.
Each sailed day is entered in the logbook and most routes are also electronically logged with all values such as position, speed, wind direction, wind force, depth, etc.
