Launched in 2008 as part of the Vismara ‘Classic’ series of fast performance cruising yachts, ESTEMARIBER is perhaps one of the most complete 50ft cruisers you could wish for. For those who enjoy going fast, but with push-button simplicity, ultra-clean lines and the immense practicality of telescopic keel, there really isn’t anything to touch her. MANUFACTURER’S COMMENTS:

Presented in Spring 2008, the Vismara V50 Fast Cruiser completes the line of boats made by Vismara for the “classic” fast cruiser range, which includes various famous craft such as the v45 “Beauceant”, the V50 “Mistress”, the v54 “Gi.Gò…2” and the v54 “Brighella”.

Designed in a classical style, starting with our design project for the Baltic 56’ “Whisper”, the V50 Fast Cruiser is a high-performance craft designed for fast cruising, even with a smallest of crews. The yacht is a “classic”, but there is a host of different innovations in perfect Vismara style:-

• The bowsprit that allows easier use of the gennaker
• A retracting anchor arrangement that comes out from under the hull
• The very special retracting keel for a draught of just 1.60 m, but which extends to up to 3.0 m with a telescopic system, without taking up any room in the interior
• Spray protection hood and “bimini top” for the helmsman, which folds away completely
• The rig, halyards and even the genoa sheets are all concealed in the deck
• The transom opens to create a bathing platform and access to the tender storage area.
• The sail plan, using a doubled system of main sail tracks, guarantees easy storage of the sail without outside help.
• The jib and code zero furlers are mounted below deck.

The interior layout might be defined as “symmetrical”. The master cabin, fore, has two beds, wardrobe and bathroom with separate shower. Amidships is the saloon with the chart area and galley at the back. Two cabins with double beds are in the stern, with a central bathroom which both share. It is the position of the bathroom that creates a large area in the dinette.

The finishes are completely in classical style, inspired by Baltic Yachts, with teak deck, classical-style furnishings in teak with false ceilings and panelling in fabric.
