With well over 2,300 catamarans launched over its 35yr history, Fountaine Pajot is one of the most experienced builders in the sailing catamaran industry. Based upon an Olivier Flahault design with Joubert/Nivelt naval architecture, the 36 Mahe Evolution is a substantial step forward from the previous 36 Mahe with the benefit of a new underwater profile, raised helm station, rigid cockpit bimini, better protected open-plan ‘entertainers’ cockpit, a cleaner foredeck, re-designed galley with more refrigeration provision and greatly improved ventilation.

TANAIS is a 2012 example of this fantastic design with the hugely versatile 3-cabin ‘Trio’ interior layout and the ‘Oceanique’ equipment package. She has just had two private owners since new and has covered only 3,000Nm. Very lightly used in her first ownership and not used in 2015 and 2016, TANAIS is now offered for sale as her owners wish to move to a motor yacht.
