Simply stunning, recently-launched and comprehensively equipped carbon composite luxury performance cruising catamaran from Ker Yacht Design and McConaghy Boats

FURTHER BROKER’S COMMENTS:

JACK is a luxury performance cruising catamaran built with a clear emphasis on lightness, efficiency and comfort. Constructed entirely in carbon composite by McConaghy Boats, she benefits from a low displacement that translates directly into responsive handling, reliable speed and reduced energy consumption underway.

Her sailing capability is well established, winning line honours and the Multihull Class in the 2024 ARC Transatlantic, completing the 3,135-nautical-mile passage from Gran Canaria to Saint Lucia with consistency and ease. She performs comfortably across a wide range of wind strengths and conditions, remaining effective in light airs while offering impressive pace without compromising comfort under deck.

The design places equal importance on environment and function. Extensive glazing, fully retractable side windows and a level, open-plan layout create a strong visual connection with the sea and allow natural light to define the minimalistic interior. The result is a calm, stylish living space that feels considered and modern.

On deck, the flybridge and deck spaces are arranged for relaxed use both underway and at anchor, with multiple seating and lounging areas. The yacht is well equipped for an active cruising program, carrying a broad selection of tenders, water activity equipment, supporting extended time aboard for family and guests.

MANUFACTURER’S COMMENTS:

“The MC75 is lightweight, eco-friendly and, as with all models in the McConaghy Multihull range, fully customisable.

The progressive design features an appealing flybridge that can be ranged forward in a more aggressive styling or extended aft for a sweeping, sleeker look.

Performing with an effortless grace even in light airs, the MC75 provides smooth sailing prowess with stability and enviable speed. In 20kts of wind at 110 true wind angle, the MC75 is predicted to reach 21kts of boat speed with a code zero sail.

The interior of the MC75 has a particularly apartment-like feel with an architectural personality. The sophisticated environment offers a fantastic visual connection with the sea and great care has been taken to incorporate all interior essentials and amenities in the most aesthetic and functional way possible.
Fully retractable windows and floor-to-ceiling glass create the perception of freedom, with an infinite amount of visual space and an enhanced, symbiotic relationship between inside and out. Within, internal volume has been maximised and every space configured with distinct purpose in a layout that dispels all preconceptions of yacht interiors.

The open-plan interior can be tailor-made, with bespoke pieces that meet the client’s request for convenience and versatility as well as designer aesthetic.

The MC75 features a huge saloon lounge with a dining area and walk-around bar, a spacious aft deck with sofas and al fresco dining space, and cushioned sun pads forward of the superstructure. There are five seaward-facing berths, all en suite, as well as a crew cabin – adjacent to the galley in the port hull.”
